Poetry contests? advice?

can somebody please help me find safe poetry contests to enter? or maybe poetry readings? im an aspiring poet kinda young and people have always told me im good, but now i myself feel like im good and i want to enter a contest or something like that. i know im good enough to win, and im gonna publish a book one day with poems in it. but for now i just wanna do......something. im ready, its time, i wanna, but i cant find anything! i looked online but only scams came up and things that were fake or cost money. is there anyone out there who enters poetry contest or shares their poems u no publicly who could give me some advice on how to find things like this? also, is there anyone who could find me one? i know probably no one will, of course, but in spite of all those ppl laughing at this right now and having your mouse ready to post a snooty stupid answer just for two worthless points, i still believe theres a little good in people anyway. <3 thanks!
