Why wont unions allow bad teachers to be fried?

this is part of the reason our schools do so bad you get a really bad teacher who could not teach if her/his life dampened on it and instead of firring them the unions will do everything in there power to make sure the teacher does not loss there job . how is this helping anybody . seems like the only thing the unions care about is the money and making dame sure really bad employee's keeps there jobs
