Rupert Murdock says Main Stream Media has lost the trust of the Folks: True or false?

Of course trust has been lost. The sad thing about this issue is reflected in a couple of the previous answers . The fact that Obama was elected doesn't prove Murdoch was wrong. Could he have been elected in spite of what Murdoch's outlets said ? Sure, if the main stream media ignores those same issues because of their agenda. As for the GOP firing Rather, did they have the power to do that ? I can't understand how anyone can side with Rather when this offense was so egregious. I hope he now has enough time to find a dentist who can get rid of the whistle in his teeth.
