Is there "any" point in including this information in my resume ?

I think perhaps the Call Center experience might add dimension to your resume. It may show that you're good with people, especially over the phone and this could be an advantage. Also it could help in showing that you're good at picking up new things (as I ume you might've had to do for a Call Center). That's my opinion. It might help.
