What do the following parts do in a flute?

I've played flute for 7 years now, and I have no idea what the second two keys you mentioned do. I do know that the gizmo key is used to trill between notes that have very different s and thus would be hard to trill. It is also used for a few upper register notes. I'd have to get my flute out and test them to remember which ones. I think high f sharp.
