PLEASE ANSWER-somebody help me with training program to achieve Jessica Biel-Megan Fox-Jenna Jameson hottness?
I know they are all different- I want taut, defined, yet curvy and with the nothing-wrong-with-my-appearance-at-all-… of a playboy model, and the muscular (even with some intimidating bulk) arms and abs like those of Jessica Biel or even those arms of Angela Bet. I am working hard, I'm just lost. Six days a week at the gym, lost all the baby weight. (Three kids) 5'5", 35D-25-35.... sounds great, still flabby...GUIDENCE PLEASE!! I am willing to WORK. Oh- and ideas on proper diet?
