Does anyone know of a miniature horse for sale around Chesapeake, Virginia for under 100 dollars?

I really want a mini as a companion to my horse and for me to show. I really want a foal but an older mini is fine. I don't care if it is purebred and I promise to take really good care of it. I just really really want a mini for less then a 100 dollars but I kno thats a lot to ask for. the only thing is I need it to be near Chesapeake Virginia I dont want it to be more then about 30 miles from Chesapeake. If u kno of someone Id be so happy
