Disclosing another person's medical condition - a STD?

In most cases, it's illegal to have with someone if you know you're HIV positive and don't inform the other party beforehand. I don't know if that applies with other STDs, but if it does, and you can prove that she knew she was infected, you might have a pretty good foundation for a lawsuit.
