I need a fitness plan!?
honestly, its slightly difficult to get proper ripped if you cant play sports or goto the gym, because these are the best ways to do it. but there are some great at home workouts on www.menshealth.com . Do pushups, and some push up variations. honestly, do as many as you can and do them everyday, unless you feel pain the next day, then do them every other day. then, maybe you arent running proprely. have you ever heard of high interval intensity training? best cardioo to get fit. it basically involves you jogging or walking for a few minutes, then sprinting as fast as you can for a minute or less, then jogging then sprinting. the change in intensities makes your heart beat go crazy. these will DEFINITELY work for your whoole body. then also make sure you do squats and lunges and things for your legs. you should see results in a few weeks
