Doors don't close, crack in brick, pillar replacement, rusty gutter?

The vertical crack is a clue that the foundation has settled. This settling is the probable cause of the door problems. You would be better off ping on this property or be prepared to correct the foundation defect. If there is a basement you can probably see the effects of settling and can probably correct the issue with Jack posts. This will take a while to do, possibly several weeks or months. Take a picture of the pillar and go to a lumber yard or home center to see if they have it in stock. If that option is not available buy 2 new ones and replace the front two posts. You will not be able to make a profit on this property without making these repaIrs.Replace the gutters and check the whole system including the downspouts. While looking at these areas inspect the roof. If you get a really super deal on this property then it might be worth it because it appears that there is a good amount of work to be done.
