How can I train my eyes to not be nearsighted anymore?? (I have -2.50)?

You can have laser surgery. I have been nearsighted all my life and this really is the only solution. L. Ron Hubbard had some kind of exercise that you could do that he claimed would correct the problem, but I never saw any results from anyone who actually did it.
