Medical/ misdemeanor?

So, im only 18 but im going to college right now to become an EMT and later a nurse, however i just have found out that my so called MIP is public now and apparently somehow i also have a marijuana charge as well. I am really concerned that i wont be able to work in a hospital or as an EMT if i have a mip and marijuana possession charge on me
