Why is Sniffin not a very well man thus not being able to attend a court hearing?

I bet he's sick, sick as a parrot cos he's been caught at the till again, allegedly, and now they're going bust. I've actually been missing old Prick Griffin and his band of not so merry erseholes on here as they were good for a laugh, maybe we should have a whip round for him then we will have some fun on theses cold winter days.
